Regardless of the transit method selected, expect a 1–3 business day window for order preparation. We dispatch parcels Monday through Friday. You will receive an electronic notification containing a tracking number once your LOVEBOOMBA package has departed. Note that these timeframes are projections and not absolute guarantees.
Customer Accuracy & Delivery Responsibilities
It is vital to provide a precise and complete destination address. Errors or missing data may stall your LOVEBOOMBA order for an additional 2–4 days. While our staff will attempt to modify shipping details upon request, this is impossible once the shipment has been picked up by the courier.
Notice: If a parcel is returned to us because the recipient was unavailable or the address was flawed, a $25 USD reprocessing fee will be applied to reship the items. Higher fees may apply for priority returns.
