For the best possible fit, we suggest selecting your actual size. Only consider sizing down if you fall between two sizes.

LOVEBOOMBA inserts must be placed inside your garments. They cannot be worn on their own.
Put the garment on your body. Tighten the garment as much as you can for optimal results.
Attach the inserts to the interior of your garment rather than directly onto your skin.
Lift your breasts upward and inward toward the center to form cleavage.
While lifting, press the insert firmly against your breasts and hold it securely in place.
Ensure both sides look symmetrical in the mirror, and tweak as required.

Invisible Lift:Features light padding and is crafted to elevate and contour your shape without adding extra volume, perfect for deep plunge tops and triangle bikinis.
Subtle Lift:The shorter variant of the Invisible Lift. Lightly padded to raise and refine your form without increasing size, suited for sweetheart necklines.
Micro Lift:Specially made to remain concealed beneath micro bikinis. Lightly padded, it lifts effectively and helps prevent any nipple exposure.

For Subtle Lift, size Extra-Small will be shipped for size AA. Size Small will be shipped for sizes A, B, and C. Size Medium will be shipped for sizes D and E. Size Large will be shipped for sizes F and G. Size Extra-Large will be shipped for sizes H, I, and J, and size 2Extra-Large will be shipped for sizes K, L, and M.
If your size is larger than 34M, our Invisible Lift Inserts (lightly padded) are available in sizes up to 34R.
