Demi Boost (Lite) Inserts are shell-shaped inserts that boost your cup size by one full cup. They create a more voluminous appearance for your bust, especially when wearing deep V-neck tops and plunging dresses.
Same favorite insert, just a fresh name! We’ve rebranded the Perfect Boost Inserts as Demi Boost (Lite) Inserts. Rest assured—it remains the identical product, design, and comfort you already adore.
Unlike adhesive bras that rely on stickiness for support, LOVEBOOMBA inserts are held in place by your clothing and won’t stay secure on their own. It’s essential to pair them with tight, structured, and form-fitting tops.
For the best possible fit, we suggest going with your regular size. Only consider sizing down if you’re between two sizes.

Please be aware that our inserts are not designed for use by people with sensitive or delicate skin, nor for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
LOVEBOOMBA inserts must be placed inside your garments. They cannot be worn on their own.
Put the garment on your body. Tighten the garment as much as you can for optimal results.
Attach the inserts to the interior of your garment rather than directly onto your skin.
Lift your breasts upward and inward toward the center to form cleavage.
While lifting, press the insert firmly against your breasts and hold it securely in place.
Ensure both sides look symmetrical in the mirror, and tweak as required.

For sizes 34I and up, our Demi Boost Inserts (double push-up) are available in sizes up to 34M and our Invisible Lift Inserts (lightly padded) are available in sizes up to 34R.
Please note that results may vary depending on breast size and shape. Results will be similar to a push up bra. BOOMBA padded inserts work best with natural breasts.
