Open-Box Flexibility: We now accept returns or exchanges for every product in our catalog, whether the packaging is opened or remains sealed.
If your transaction occurred prior to the new effective date, the following original terms apply:
Items must be returned in “like-new” condition, specifically:
Unused, unworn, and free from any scents or damage.
Housed in original packaging with all safety seals and tags undisturbed.
Crucial: For all adhesive-based LOVEBOOMBA items, the safety seal must be unbroken.
Opened Adhesives: Any used or opened inserts, sticky bras, nipple covers, or body tapes.
Non-Refundable Extras: Promotional gifts, shipping insurance, and digital gift cards.
Final Sale: Any items explicitly marked as “Final Sale.”
Third-Party Purchases: Items not bought directly through our official web store.
Under this legacy policy, customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping expenses.
